Recruiting With Systems is operated by Lavoelife LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through recruitingwithsystems.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you apply to work with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, and your answers to the application questions (for example, your industry, team size and hiring goals). If you book a call, we also collect the time you choose and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether we're a good fit to work together.
- To contact you about your application by phone, text message and email, and to schedule and hold discovery calls.
- To provide, manage and improve our services and the Site.

Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages when you apply, we may text you about your application and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described below excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties.

- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM, scheduling and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host, and video hosting (YouTube). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Recruiting With Systems helps companies build their employer brand and recruiting process. We do not promise or guarantee any specific number of applicants, interviews, hires, sales, revenue or income, for your company or for anyone you hire.
Client messages, examples and results shown on the Site are real but reflect individual experiences. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on many factors, including your offer, pay, market, team, reputation and how quickly you follow up with candidates. Any guarantee we make is stated only in your written agreement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
