These terms apply to your use of recruitingwithsystems.com (the "Site"), operated by Lavoelife LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Recruiting With Systems ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and to apply to work with us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with how it works, or trying to access it in ways we don't provide.
Applications and discovery calls
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a contract or obligate either of us to work together. We review every application and may decline to work with any company for any reason.
Our services
Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms and any guarantees. If anything on the Site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls. Descriptions of our services on the Site are a general overview and may change.
Results
We do not guarantee hires, applicants, revenue or any other business result unless a guarantee is stated in your written agreement. Client messages and examples on the Site reflect individual experiences. Results vary by company, offer, pay, market, team and how quickly candidates are followed up with.
Text messages and calls
If you agree when you apply, we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, video, images, graphics and logos, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party content and links
The Site includes links to and embedded content from other services, such as YouTube, Instagram and our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lavoelife LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
